A Research Review of Pemra Laws and Constitution of Pakistan on Islamic Dress in Pakistani Electronic Media

Abstract
Clothing is a necessity as well as adornment of a person. People use clothing to avoid the extremes of cold and heat, Islam has also declared it the curtain (satr) while this law of Islam is not being followed nowadays as well. The main reason is the change of human thought which has come due to electronic media. In the 21st century, as technology has progressed in Pakistan as well as the rest of the world, the culture and values have also changed and the standard of decency is declining day by day. In such a situation, it’s necessary to direct the concentration towards the Islamic provisions of the Constitution of Pakistan and the laws of PEMRA. So Hopefully Government and Law enforce authorities pay their attention in such situations.
