Abstract
Syed Abid Ali Abid was a famous poet, critic, scholar, and teacher who contributed a lot in Urdu literature and linguistic. He was a true lover of Allama Iqbal and wrote many books and articles on Allamah’s poetry and personality. He explored many hidden aspects and messages of Allamah’s poetry and made easy his poetry by explaining and giving examples. The present article sheds lights on the biography of Syed Abid Ali and his contributions to Allamah’ poetry.
